Every day, we're working to enhance our workplace and communities through diversity, inclusion and social impact
Respect for everyone is a standard, not an objective. We support each other so we can use our time to do the things that matter inside and outside of work. We genuinely care about the well‐being of others and make a difference by giving our time and resources. We achieve more collectively than we ever could individually.
In 2013, Veterans United launched the United Initiative, our diversity and inclusion program. It isn't a "check the box," and the impact extends beyond our walls into the community.

97% of Veterans United employees say their workplace is great. The passion, personalities and strengths of every employee are what shape our distinctive culture.
You can’t duplicate our people — the way they uphold our core values, care about one another, serve military families and contribute to the communities where we live and work.
