She always responded to emails or messages quickly. I left her a message on a Sunday afternoon and she responded within half an hour.
Philicia was AMAZING through this process. She was extremely helpful! We had alot of questions with this being our first time buying home and Philicia always made herself available to answer everything. If she didn't know the answer she would find out and let us know asap! Even when things seem to be going wrong Philicia helped to stay positive and found other ways to make it work out. If you can pick your loan specialist Philicia is the one you want!
Philicia helped me so much during this process! She always reassured me things were going to be ok and I could always reach to her for questions! (Which I did, ALOT) she was always so sweet and helpful and had a fast and great response time.
She always responded quickly and answered all my questions! Went above and beyond!

Ms. Pringle provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. The transition on getting this house was very smooth and easy. Ms. Pringles was there every step of the way with a positive attitude. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication through the process. I hope that in the future I will get to work with a amazing person like Ms. Pringle again.
