A native of Charleston, branch manager Philica Baugh is dedicated to assisting homebuyers in purchasing their home. Philicia began her lending career in Fayetteville, NC where she served on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Mortgage Bankers Association. Philicia was recognized by the Fayetteville Observer (2020) and Charleston Business Journal (2010) as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient. She also has experience in the legal and higher education fields. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with family.

Philicia was amazing! I had prior lender issues with another company and we were set to close and then the nightmare began, but from the time I applied to the time we closed, Philicia was there to support and process my application quickly and without any delay! I had a pre-approval the next day and a closing date the following day!

I felt like there was a lot of effort on my part to get clarification on the terms of my loan. being a first time home buyer i feel like this could’ve been explained with more certainty on the loan officers part. i had to coordinate most things and my understanding was that my car would be paid off and wasn’t. The amount due at closing was very unclear and in the end i felt like i have lost on on money. I am glad that I was able to still manage all of my bills but it would still have helped more if what was stated was the actual terms. i had more issues with Bob rather than Philicia. This part felt more like speaking with a car salesman rather than leaving me feel confident during closing.
